After almost five years teaching English, I can see that the classroom is what taught me the most. Great grammar knowledge does not mean you are a good teacher. After all, we need to understand what helps the student the most, where he/she comes from, what are his/her challenges and, above all, how to motivate and encourage his/her learning. I believe that the biggest contribution of this unit is, besides the basic structure of the class (ESA), the aspects about feedback and corrections.
