In this third Unit I learned how to approach the class. I think the ESA method is the right method to do a class. To begin the class is important that all students speak some English by doing different kind of games. Which is called the Elicitation stage. After there is the Study, where the students learn the topic chosen by the teacher. It can be vocabulary or to practice tense of a verb. Finally there is the Activate stage, where the student are encouraged to use there english freely. A good method would be a role playing activity. Furthermore this Unit gave me many ideas of games and examples on how to involve the class to speak english.
