The ESA (Engage, Study, Activate) was very interesting and helpful. There were many activities shared that I believe would definitely be fun, interesting and beneficial to English learners. I was surprise to learn that mistakes and errors are not viewed as being the same. I am guilty of waiting too long for a student to produce the right answer thus stalling the class and embarrassing the student. Going forward, I will be more conscious of this and try to find better ways at correcting students when necessary.
