I have learnt that structure is very important in order to teach students, but more importantly keeping them interested is also very important. Therefore being creative will have a high importance in order to keep students focused and interested. I think the engage phase should be monitored closely and knowing your class is very important in order to keep everybody involved and interested. The study phase is relatively straight forward, while staying alert on the Engaging phase is crucial.
