There are several teaching methods for learning a language, for example, The Classical Method, Audio Lingualism, The Silent Way, Suggestopedia, TPR, and ESA. We will be using ESA which has three phases, engage, study and activate. It starts by getting the students talking and thinking in English, continues to the teaching (study) phase with boardwork and activities, lastly, the newly learned knowledge is activated and put into use. The ESA method is communicative and works for all levels, although the method can cause classrooms to become noisy.
