This was a mind blowing lesson for me. I never realized how much went into an ESL lesson. The topic of this chapter is methodology. I learned a specific structure that can be used to help students learn a second language. I also learned several older methods such as the grammatical approach. Learning about antiquated methods which I myself had to endure in high school studying Spanish made the ESA system of teaching seem like something that will produce results.
