AS Teachers we know that one of the most difficult phase of teaching is dealing with the students learning struggles especially if we are in a foreign country and our students dont have have familiar accent and grammer familarities. Thats why we must arrange all useful materials. Fistly, we have to know the differences of that culture in which we are involving teaching proccess. they may have various learning sytle . for example some of country students are tend to learn by participating lessons through practice more more, while others have pretend to grasp the teaching cases by just listening the teacher and more likely to like fill in blank worksheet, For these crucial stuations It ıs had better for us to be more patient by being aware of their culturual aspects. we must be sensitive while we are going to decide what kind of materials we want to use for students such as considering their level of english, , the alphabetic sytle they are using , the suitable sources and lastly, the cultural bias about learning a foreign language whic are not related with reality. The begining of class they may be less active and are not wilingly to learn the topic we want to teach them . we must be patient and we should invite them to lesson progress and we can use some videos and films to help them grasp language as quickly as they can and we have another chance to encourage them to involve the dialogues and conversations in which they feel comfortable to learn more and more about english learning process. I think the best method we can use is ESA mothod to have effectively classes. FİRSTLY, WE should invite them thinking and speaking so that they can create their own ideas and memories. during this phase our goal is to get rid of students fears relating with learing english is too difficult The second phase we start teaching the vocabularies they may have problems for accent section. In order that students are more likely oppurtunity to tackle with verbal struggles we can show them some written vocabularies pictures to repeat several times until they learn. The other section is to be ready to understand structure of language particulary for teaching grammer ruler to show what kind of structure in which of part must be used to complete a appropriate sentence in advance. Later, we must give them time to participate to lesson by finding their own examples. the coming part of ESA method is about giving them a suitable worksheet to assess their acquitance of unit or grammer rules. but here the most signifant case is to make sure that we have organize the acceptable language level of language rate according their levels. After we assess their worksheet we can extract their understanding of language of that grammer and vocabulary level. Lastly. we are going to create an activity to makle sure they have gained the structures of language in advance. in order to perform this last phase of learning language it is had better to set groups and pair groups we give them some questions and converstation dıalogs to understand they tackle with their fears and they feel good sense with learining experrience. In conclusion, It ıs had better for to use some book sources which are important for their level and to help compensate lack of knowledges. if ıt is avaliable for we an also teach english to them as one to one class and we should courage them to involve more and more in english to diminish their their struggles about learng difficulties.
