I have found this unit very relatable to my current teaching experiences. My personal teaching philosophy focussed on building rapport with students as I feel that they are more willing to focus and apply themselves to new learning if they have a buy in. Teacher positioning, tone, behavoural expectation are vital to maintaining a safe learning environment that fosters learning.
