This unit has made me reflect on my own teaching managing techniques. Thanks to it, I have discovered some mistakes that might be the reason behind one particular group that I'm teaching this year. I've been having problems establishing rapport in class, but after reading unit 5 I can see some things that may annoy them or make them feel uncorfomtable like always repeating their answers or making to much eye contact while they work in pairs.
