Management of the class room has helped me to understand that there are many factors to take into consideration when teaching but there are also factors such as class room structure and discipline that needs to be taken into effect when managing each class.For example, proper use of eye contact, gesture and body language and the tone of your voice are helpful in either instructing or guiding students within the lesson. Another important factor is building rapport with the students which essentially allows the teacher to create a safe and helpful working environment within the classroom.
