This unit exposes teachers to ways in which they can effectively manage the classroom. Different seating arrangements are discussed in terms of their merits and demerits. Additionally, suggestions are made to teachers to guide them on their position within the classroom and how they effectively use their talk time. Ways in which to give individual attention and instructions were provided. Finally, teachers are encouraged to build a healthy relationship with their students to facilitate effective teaching-learning processes.
