The ESA method of classes seemed to be the primary focus. Engage and motivate students first. Provide the lesson and ensure they can practice proper pronunciation, grammar, spelling, etc. Then give them a real life type activity to apply what they have just learned. This teaching method speaks to me because without the ability to see how I could use it in everyday life, it can be difficult to grasp what is being taught.
