Through our lives,we know that the future of the world is in the hands of the children.Whether the future be a positive or negative one depends on the children and the education they receive.The education of a child is so valuable that one needs to consider the importance of the child's education. Also, one needs to consider how to go about nurturing those bright minds so that they can become valuable to the society one day.Teachers are aware of the short term effects as well as the long effect in which education may play on the child's view of the world. . Teachers play important role in our life to become successful person's in our career and business. A good teacher helps us to become a good human being in society and a good citizen of the country. Teachers know that students are the future of every country and the continent as a whole.As we all know,the future development of any nation is the hands of teachers.As humans, what we become in life depends on teachers.Teachers help to store the data and information in the brain of students to analyze. Analyzing the situation is what is the possible thing we learn from teachers. . Appreciating a teacher is very important because, they are the most important people in every nation. What we are seeing today in business, politics and society and was through the effort made by teachers. In Ghana, there is a set date to celebrate teacher's day every year.During such celebration, teachers are being admired and gifts are shared to a lot of teachers. As Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan said " Teachers should be the best minds in the country "! As we can see what is happening nowadays, people are changing and their thinking and development ideas are more of the opposite side of nature. As for now,a teacher is just a teacher. People in government just give speech on teachers' day occasions and doesn't make any impact on their speech People just share a few posts on social media regarding the good works of the teacher and then forget about it. People forget more things than they have gained from teachers. . Teachers are our role models. Teachers inspire and encourages us to strive for greatness, live to our fullest potential and sets the best in ourselves.A role model is someone we admire and aspire to be like. As students, we learn through our teachers, through their communication to be excellent and through their ability to make us realize our own personal growth. We look to them for advice and guidance. A role model can be anybody: a parent, a sibling, a friend but one of our most influential and life- changing role models are teachers. Teachers play vital roles in the lives of the student in their classrooms.Teachers are known for the role of educating the students that are placed in their care. Beyond that, teachers serve many other roles in the classroom. Teachers set the tone of their classrooms, build a warm environment, mentor and nurture students to become role models and listen and look for signs of troubles. . A teacher helps to become a great leader, great leaders build a nation. Leaders play a huge role in the development of an individual.Great leaders inspire thousands of people to go in the right direction. Great leaders learned and followed the path provided to them by a teacher in schools and in college times.Almost all good leaders will agree that they have learned valuable organizational skills, personal development skills from teachers. These skills helped them to reach where they are today. . . Mentoring is a natural role taken on by teachers. Mentoring a student is a way a teacher encourages students to strive to be the best they can.This also includes encouraging students to enjoy learning. Part of mentoring; consists of listening to students by taking time to listen to what students say, teachers impart to students a sense of ownership in the classroom.This helps their confidence and helps them to be successful. A student is like a soft clay in the hands of the teacher. Students mind can be mounded into any shape in tender age.If taught will well by his teacher he can become an important tool for society.If taught bad he becomes a weapon of destruction.We have an example today as we often see on the news channels. A good teacher's attitude reflects upon the students easily.Why, because students meet the teacher every day for many years. . As Abdul Kalam said" Learning gives creativity, creativity leads to thinking.Thinking provides knowledge and knowledge makes you great"We learn from tutors who gives us creativity. Creativity in students mind leads to thinking right or wrong.Taking the right decision in right time gives us great results.These results bring changes in our life and as for me the sole hope of human salvation lies in teaching.Teachers play a great role in the economic development of a country.For a country to be corruption free and become a nation of beautiful minds, I strongly believe there are a couple of key societal members who can make a difference. These are our mothers, fathers and teachers.Teachers help us to become high quality professionals. Only professionally qualified people produce quality services and products, which plays a very important role in the economic development of the nation. . I can say that, a teacher is a maker of man in societal perspective. The teacher is the foundation of all Education and thus of the whole Civilization of mankind, now and the future .John Adams said " No nation reconstruction is possible without the active cooperation of the teacher ". Flourishing national development and a society truly prosperous with knowledge and all began with the help of a teacher. It should also be remembered that knowledge cannot be acquired if it not sought and received through the help of the teacher. This is why everyone should put effort into seeking as much as knowledge as possible and appreciate the teacher's importance in guiding us and the generations to come and to become knowledgeable and morally upright. Knowledge received without a teacher's guidance can be compared to a blind man walking without his stick. Because of this, a teacher is supposed to have a high level of commitment towards their duties and responsibilities which have been entrusted to them. . . The teacher is a judge who differentiates children on the basis of their intellectual and often social skills in preparing them for the social and occupational roles which they eventually play.The teacher is a representative of the community who inculcate moral precepts. . To conclude, I can say that in the development of a country,great attention has been paid to education and learning, as well good morals and nobody is more suited to assist than the humble teacher.Without teachers , both knowledge and morals will suffer.Thank you .
