This chapter is titled theories, methods and techniques. My main focus was to learn the Engage-Study-Activate style of classroom teaching because the chapter stated this was the most effective and logical way for a new teacher to be successful. I am not trying to reinvent the wheel. I prefer proven methods as long as they are feasible for both teacher and students. I learned tons of valuable activities to use during each phase. Very helpful chapter.
