Classroom mamagement refers to the wide variety of skills and techniques that teachers use to keep students organized ,orderly , focused ,attentive ,on task ,and academically productive during aclaa .when classroom mamagement straregies are executed effectively ,teacher minimize the behaviors thatimpede learning for both individual students and groups of students , while maximizing the behaviorsthe facilitate or enhance learning. the classroom is managed by some important elements like ; Eye contact gesture and the voice :good eye contact in the classroom is essential to establishing good rapport with the student .a teacher who never looks students in the eye will appear to lack confidence and could then have problems with discipline on the hand , staring at the studentsis not very productive either . geature ; when teacher used gesture he make the lesson more easy , more motivate and more effective . gesture can be useful in this ways: convey the meaning of language manage the class to add visual interest to increase the pace of the lesson to reduce the need for verbal explanation another way for managing classes it is the voice : your voice should change naturally according to circumstances . using student's names can be used when we want to : organise an activity acknowledge the students indicate who is to answer or respond the name of astudent should be used at the end of the question . this keeps all the student alert. in recent years , classroom management has received an increasing amount of attention from education leaders, reformers , and resarches , who have begun to investigate used by successful teachers.the growing emphasis on classroom management ,and that strong management skills are the foundation of strong teaching . Debate : while there is widespread agreement in education that effective class management is essential to goog teaching , there is often debate about which strategies are most effective . another ways of the classroom management is the way in which you organise the position of the students and yourself is of great importance and largely depends on the following : - space available type of chairs or table age of the students nationality student personality the teacher's position is very important students are often sensitive to teacher's position in the classroom and whether you are sitting or standing . teacher's position can tell the student what kind of activity it is , what the teacher's role will be . the teachers must make sure he know all the studens name .don not just pick up on the students whose names you know . it is very important to teacher to make agood realationships with the students it make the classroom management easier and more influential .when a student trusts their teacher they make more of an effort to follow the rules .each class should feel more like afamily . make sure that students know what your rules mean ; just beacuse you have stated them , shared them , and posted them . make sure every one of your students is able to learn the way you plan to each . there is alot of ways for classroom management i mentioned some in this text .i hope it is useful, concise and interesting .h hope i focused on important points in classroom management breacuse it is very important thing for every teacher to be successful in his practical life.
