I found this unit beneficial because I now know what the course entails and the type of material found in each unit. It was useful to learn the acronyms related to English language teaching as there are so many of them. I am now aware of the age range of young learners and how many hours I can expect to work. It outlined what jobs I can expect to find and the various different working environments that are available.
