Through this unit, I know how to manage a class appropriately. For example, we must know when to be firm and when to leave the students alone. As a teacher, we have to flexible and change our roles in accordance with the activity and situation. During our teaching, we may use eye contact, gesture and the voice to work better. When they need help, we should give instructions properly, try to set up rapport between teacher and students.
