This lesson talked about how to build effective classroom management skills. It outlined the importance of gestures such as eye contact and body positioning. It also discussed pros and cons with different type of individual and pair work, and different kind of seating arrangements. One thing that this unit talked about that was a new concept for me is that in order to cut down on time the teacher spends with their back to the class, they can pre write on the board and cover it up. I really think that will be a useful tip in my teaching future.
