This unit is about managing classes. We see the importance of eye contact, hands-gesture and voice control to be correctly used by a teacher in class. Another subject depicted is the different ways we can organize and group students in a classroon, also how it can vary according: type of lesson, space, size of the class; and another objectives as interaction, the increasding of student's speaking time, ESA stage and so on. It concludes by teaching us how to manage bad behavior properly and showing some possible causes for that.
