Unit 5 outlines specific guidelines for managing a classroom. This unit felt very intuitive, divulging into specific ways teachers can build rapport in a classroom setting, address students, arrange the classroom, present, and maintaining discipline (alongside other classroom management tools). Especially helpful were the pro and con lists given for various classroom dynamics; I feel confident in how certain pairings/desk arrangements/ speaking techniques can help me, personally, while teaching English to a classroom.
