This unit will help with classroom arrangement, establishing rapport, and monitoring behavior. I have learned that the class must be arranged and incorporate different factors to help manage the class. Using eye contact, gestures and voice I can encourage the class and create a positive atmosphere for learning. behavioral problems may arise for different reasons. I will be able prevent or respond to the student(s) using the outlines in this unit.
