In thıs unit I've learned about classroom management.I've learned how to deal with some problems occured in classroom.The key to classroom management is actually the planning.Since every classroom is vastly different,probably not.However I can share my ideas about five effective management tips; 1)Write down the rules 2)Encourage questioning 3)Let students help 4)Let students help 5)Encourage group projects. The arrangement of classroom affect students' performance.Circle and horseshoes arrangements frequently make pairwork easier and let students have eye contact with all other class members.
