Concerning this unit, i would say that for a teacher to be successful in managing his classrom, he should take some essential points into consideration. Mainly , body language such as gestures and other movements will give the students a positive view and a solid rapport therefore will be established amongest later on. A good teacher will also consider several factors when there is a grouoping activity such as the size of the classrom and the number of the students and their age and not to forgeet to maintain discipline all the time. Another point to mention is the teacher has to know when to speak and the right time to give the students a chance to respond or react to a certain lesson point. Additionally, the teacher needs to be punctual in his instructions and use a language tha suits the level of knowledge students have as wellas to stay calm, joyful and flexible all the time.
