Unit 5 was a very thought-provoking topic; it dealt with Managing Classes. The reading showed the various dynamics/techniques teachers can use in order to better manage their classroom. This would eventually pave the way for them to engage their students in effective learning. The teacher therefore, is the one who sets the tone and creates a healthy environment for students to learn. A good classroom management structure as a result, will help keep the classroom under control and help the learners to remain focus which will eventually be beneficial to the success of all students.
