I really like the idea of using the horseshoe classroom arrangement as it creates a far more intimate environment. Far to often students hide out in the back of a classroom, especially here in Asia where they use there cell phones or talk to classmates in their native language. The units purpose was to teach about classroom management. Hopefully I can make some of these ideas habits in my teaching career.
