This section covers managing an EFL classroom, both in physically arranging it and maintaining control. What surprised me the most is the importance of eye contact and gestures. While the teacher's position of the classroom is obviously key, gestures can dictate even something as important as the pace of the class. A teacher then has an entire library of body language at their disposal to help carry an English lesson.
