This unit is a very helpful unit on managing the classroom. From grouping the students and arranging the classroom (most appropriately for the atmosphere most conducive for student learning), to writing on the board (so to not have our back turned toward the students during class), to giving individual attention, to the balance needed between the Teacher Talk Time (TTT) and Student Talk Time (STT), to giving instructions (in a most efficient manner), to establishing rapport, and to maintaining discipline in class, this has been a very crucial overview of teaching in general.
