Unit 5 was about managing our classroom atmosphere, trying to strike a balance between a relaxed and disciplined environment. This unit gave me the idea that I must be prepared to handle with whatever I am to face each time that I walk into my class with a positive attitude. There should be basic set classroom rules that should be followed along side the schools' code of conduct. I learnt that I should try and be enthusiastic about my lessons if I want my students’ to pay attention and have fair treatment amongst all the students. I also learnt the importance and differences between too much and too little teacher and student talk time. Overall, this unit was quite insightful!
