This unite talks about the different ages of our students, also the different learning stages they will be in.. How to plan our lesson according to age. A 5 yr old needs a completly different lesson than a 9 yr old. Also it mention that we might learn the same was as L1 by being fully involved in the language. This is something I agree with, since I myself am learning Greek at the moment, and I have been married 3 years with a Greek man, but it is now, living in the country I feel I´m learning the language.. It also talks about the ESA methodology. But in the end of the day, we are all different people and we learn different way. I studied about kids at school so I have been through most of this allredy. What I have learned working with kids for over 5 years is that they are all different and learning in a different way. Some of them where able to sit still for a longer time and read a book with me whiles others where more eager to play with dolls, roleplay, cars etc. Singing is a great way of teaching someone a language, and is easily remember whiles giving sentcenses will not be remembered.
