This unit was about developing the course and syllabus. The first class should be used for a level test to show the ability of the students to use the language. The use of a graded test is necessary. A need Analysis will help to find out the previous learning experience of the students, what they will use english language for and what they feel they need and want to study. There is some limiting factor about the use of the syllabus : sometimes a school already have a Syllabus ready to use, material, subject etc.
