This unit has help me put names to the activities that i have been doing in class without even knowing. Managing a class is extremely important especially if you are a school teacher working with teenagers or kids. I learned the importance of eye contact and gestures and when they can be very relevant.Also how important is it to call out their names after the question is formulated so it keeps everyone aware of what you are asking. How to give instructions very effectively was one of my issues which goes hand in hand with building a great rapport and helped me get a clear idea on how to establish it
