I enjoyed this unit immensely due to the reminiscent nature of the topics covered. I was a trainer for new employees in a private company where I met the first person who saw my hidden potential as a teacher. Many of the things, if not all of the topics covered in this unit caused endless flashbacks of everything he taught me in regards to managing a classroom, dealing with difficult participants, handling small and big groups of people and being an effective facilitator. I am confident and feel more motivated now after this course because I am getting a well received refresher of all the skills I learned that made me become so successful in my position in that company.
