In this unit I was introduced to the various teaching themes available for my disposal when designing lessons for young learners. Songs, chants and music; seasonal topics, stories and games can all be used and incorporated to teach various language points. Furthermore these topics can be used to cater to suit the various levels of language ability of the students to further enhance the students learning experience, as well as target specific skills for development. Furthermore I have been made aware of various resources online which I can access for ideas, lesson plans and content.
