Past tenses are really confusing. It can be considered for advance stage of learning. Somehow, this tense is the common structure of sentence especially in writing stories, narratives or even news as of most of that are from the past. On this unit, it was a nice background check of my grammar knowledge. I know that this will be helpful for my intended professional development.
