Critical mind and approach, possibility analyze and improve yourself are the most important branches of the teaching process. There're a few ways to get materials for analysis. It can be feedback from students - subjectively, in the form of secret reports or more objectively, in the form of student's results. And finally 'video record' of the lesson that gives us the possibility to review and analyze our lesson from the side. At the same time, we can mix all of these methods to get more information about mistakes that we did. After the necessary materials are received, we can begin to analyze. Self-analysis is the work on mistakes and while planning their actions for a long period. For example, after studying the topic "Passive Voice" students wrote a test paper. The results were worse than you would expect. Why? The answer helps to find the self-analysis of the lesson. The English language is a complex subject. Perhaps for better results, it is worth to find other forms of work with students? A teacher who can not analyze her (his) reflective activity, comprehend what she (he) did in the lesson, is unlikely to be able to build his work. I want to provide the example of my own analyzed lesson "Passive Voice" for A2 level's teenagers. In this lesson, I used the "Straight Arrow" ESA system, that involves 3 phases: Engage - Study - Activate. During Engage stage of the lesson, I asked my students to convert Active sentences (written on the board). I was trying to help them to understand what is different between Active and Passive Voices. Study. After I suggested them a worksheet and strongly advised to work independently. Activate stage. In conclusion, we played a flashcard game. I showed them pictures of subjects and objects. They supposed to create a Passive sentence. After I had reviewed record video I realized mistakes that I did. My Engaging stage was too boring. At the same time, I couldn't explain the difference between Passive and Active Voices effectively. I should have shown what the object and subject are. Flashcards activity was more appropriated for Engage stage than Activate (could be represented in a form of discussion). My previous teaching experience has helped me to define the most important factor of qualitative introspection an objective assessment of the effectiveness of methods for working in the lesson, the tactics of the lesson. 1. How was the work organized? 2. What was planned to study, how important is the topic? 3. How deeply do you know this topic? 4. The concepts learned in the lesson: are they related to the previous ones and how much? 5. How strong is the relationship of the student with what is to be explained to the class in the following lessons? 6. How deep do the students know the previous material, important for understanding the topic studied? 7. How was the material studied by schoolchildren? 8. How was the introduction of the students planned in the topic and how well did they learn it? 9. Have all the planned stages of the training process been implemented and how successful? 10. Were there any moments in the lesson when the students had difficulties in understanding the material, what they were doing? If so, how deep? 11. Did all the criteria for mastering the material have been satisfactory? 12. Conclusion. Conclusions The profession of the teacher is very responsible. Written about the honorable educational mission and responsibility of many lines: solemn, official, sublime. Therefore, I want to just wish them students who will exceed their teachers. After all, for a real mentor, the greatest reward and a sign of pedagogical talent are successful students.
