In old terms generally language rules were taught by the teachers. To replace traditional grammar practise, many new methodology are offered. First of all the teacher should motivate the students.The students should be conscious of the new language. The students should know where will they use these structures. As well as its meaning, its useful areas should be given to the students. The student should know that grammar is the structural foundation of our ability to express ourselves. To motivate younger learners is easier than adult gruops. Adult groups motivate process can be longer. The students don’t have to know every detail in first step so the teacher should start with limited topic.The teacher should plan his/her lesson in the right order. The teacher should teach not only structures but also meanings and functions. Traditional grammar lesson is focus on rules. It is still widely accepted. Presentation, practise and production is is a popular model for teaching grammar recently. ESA lesson should be used in each lesson. In activate lesson communicative games, role play, story buildings and discussions should be used very often. Patchwork grammar lesson can be used by the way they can activate it more often. The teacher can show the meaning visually by using objects and even the students’themselves. The teacher should not depend on one particular method. Because while teaching grammar the students can remember the rules in exams but they can have problems in real life.While teaching grammar the teacher should not feel it is a boring subject because the students can understand it and it does not encourage them. So warm up activities and engage phrases are important at the begining of the lesson. Teacher can use different and enjoyable texts for teaching grammar.The text should be meaningful and it should contain daily life sentences. The teacher should use deductive approach while giving the rules but he/she should use inductive approach while giving examples. In order to save the time and teach the students analytical learning style deductive approach is more useful. In deductive approach the students can learn how it is presented instead of learning the rules. In deductive method reasoning, analyzing and comparing can be useful for both adults and young learners. The teacher should focus on meaningful practise instead of mechanical practise. While teaching grammar the teacher should avoid using grammatical terminology.While teaching grammar the teacher can use charts, diagrams, role play activities, maps,drawing and realia to aid understanding the subject. Instead of focus on the teaching structure the teacher should focus on the students and their needs. By the way he/she can add problem solving activities and different gap fill activities in study phrase. Auding, speaking, reading and test activities can be used in study phrase too. Put the correct order game is useful until the student understand the structure and produce his/her own sentences. As long as the student use the sentence accurately, meaningfully and appropriately the lesson is succesfull for the teacher. So he should use text and context based methods in grammar subjects.Because communicative task will create output production. End of final study phrase the teacher should collect the mistakes and classify the errors and prepare some extra works and activities to revise them.
