Classroom management is based on discipline and organization skills without which teaching is impossible. To reach discipline teachers have to be friendly when establishing rapport with the students. Good use of gestures by the teacher, on time positive eye contact and proper variation of the voice can help the students to focus on the required information or to relax. Personally, I do comprehend my own teacher´s tolerance, their being optimistic and their ability to show patience in any challenging situation.
