This unit equiped me with skills on how to bring out the best in my students. I gained the model characteristic of a modern day teacher, who should be councious of the correct methodology of imparting knwoledge to the learner at different stages of learning. I learnt to take note of various factors that may affect student's degree of reception of knowledge from the teacher, hence i now know how to make a perfect learning environment for the student. Lastly motivation makes students learn effectively because there is a push factor towards learning.
