This unit contains extremely useful information about managing class,establishing a good rapport with the students and depending on the class, how to seat them. The tips are really useful and though I did use to show my annoyance and sometimes lose my temper, I have come to realise that this does not serve any purpose and quite often it is better not to show a reaction and get them back on track by using a different technique.
