This unit introduced different classroom management strategies, which are very important in all the settings of the class. One thing I found interesting is the way teachers group students in a class can largely affect learning outcome. Choosing the right arrangement in specific activity is as important as managing the class as a whole. I also learned that establishing rapport with students is very important, for the respect between teachers and students can affect students' motivation of learning.
