Through this unit, I've known more about classroom management. I know how to use eye contact, gestures and the voice correctly.Besides, I understand more the pros and cons of grouping students such as: whole-class grouping, pair work, group work, individual work. Moreover, I know clearly about classroom arrangement.For example, orderly row, circles and horseshoes, separate tables. In the other hand, I also know about the right positions of teacher in the class for each activity as well as the way to write on the board or to give individual attention. Lastly, I understand more the balance of teacher talking time and student talking time for types of lesson/ activity. Moreover, I also get the ways to give instructions obviously. And the most important thing is establishing rapport between a teacher and students that makes a successful and enjoyable lesson. This unit is really useful for me in managing my classroom. I think I'll organize my activities in each class more better in the future.
