Overall I have learned from this unit that the relationship between students and teachers is complicated however very important. Presumably a good teacher will in turn have good students. A good teacher is enthusiastic, sensitive, and caring because these qualities will increase students' likeliness of enjoying the lesson plans and attending class, and thus prepare them for great success in any learning environment.
