It is important to consider that there is a variety of roles a teacher must fulfill in order to create effective teaching. Understanding the determinants of the different types of learners is also important and will enhance the teacher’s ability to accommodate for each student they will encounter. I enjoyed learning about the different aspects of the students specifically the culture differences the students may have. I have already seen first hand what a difference this can make.
