I have learnt from this Unit that teacher have to care about teaching prosess but he should care more about learnes,motivate, involve, know student weaknesses and give help. A good teacher should be able to change roles from promter to manager, from observer to participant depending on diffrent situations of the students In order to make a progress. A good learner should be a good listener with a desire to learn and willingness to know,regardless of the errors and mistakes that could happened. So the good teacher should be aware of diffrent levels that existed to ivaluate his or her learner.
