I have learnt from this unit that managing classes is very important and useful for the teacher to control and organize by using different methods such as gestures,voice, eye contact,arrangment class that lead teacher to increase the pace of the lesson.Voice should be varied to avoid bordem for the students.Grouping students have pros and cons, eg.creates a suitable atmoshere fot the students to increase participation and help them to be more self reliant.Indeed, establishment rapport between the teacher and the student determined and let the students contributed snd involved themself to be more relax and encourage by general attitude.
