After learning this class, I got a lot of skills to manage classroom.How to use Eye contact,gesture and voice during the class,how to arrange the classroom,how to banlance teaching talk time and student talking time,how to give instructions and maintain discipline. From my own teaching experience,It is very easy for me to lose my temper when i face probblem behaviour,but now ,i know the reasons of problem behaviour and know how to prevent problem behaviour,such as never lose my temper,make my lessons interesting and varied,establish rapport withh the students.
