In thus lesson I have learned the most important thing that sometimes is not nurtured, that is about giving a correction. For almost 6 years become a physics teacher who teaches in English I just gave the correction directly from me. I never stimulated my student to do self correction. I think it is a very good to let our student having a constructive learning experience. They have to know the right thing by their own experience, even thou they did some errors at first. I never distinguish the error and the mistake. Now, I have learned that they are totally different. I really learn that ESA (Engage, Study, and Activity)is the best stages for me to motivates student to learn English.
