While reading this unit I learned about the four types of present tense in the English language. It became obvious to me how complicated it would be for an English language learner to develop a natural understanding of when to apply which type of present tense even though each type has a formula. This is because types like perfect and perfect continuous and continuous are easy to mix up by accident.
