Evertson, Carolyn M.; And Others (1994) have emphasized in their book, the important ways, and steps to be taken in organizing the classroom and the manner in the teaching skills to fulfill the objective of the classrooms. They summarized the following as the most important sections in the classroom teaching skills. 1. Organizing the classroom and the materials, 2. Choosing rules and procedures, 3. Managing students' works, 4. Getting off to a good start, 5. Planning and conducting instructions, 6. Maintaining appropriate students' behavior, 7. Communication skills for teaching, 8. Managing problem behaviors and 9. Managing special groups. 1. Organizing the classroom and the material: the teacher should be ready to organize his or her classroom, first by know which group or class of students his or her will be tutoring . This will give a clear direction on the materials that would be used in the class activities. The level of English of the students would also help the teacher to know how best to start the process and the best technique in selecting the material meant for the class. As a wrongly selected material mislead the objective of the lesson thus jeopardizes the motive of the class in the first place. 2. Choosing rules and procedures: The teacher should know the best way to choose rules of managing his or her class well. the class rules should be arranged in the best way that it will not demotivate the students from learning the language. The procedures should be nicely arranged in a way that will not make the teacher to strick and of course, not too weak on the students as the students tend to take advantage of weak rules. 3. Managing students' works - Managing the students' work is another way to understand the skills to be used in the classroom. The teacher should understand from the level of English disparity in the classroom, thus knowing how best to manage the works to make sure students are not deprived. Weak students should not be discouraged as strong students should not do all the work. The whole class should be carried all along as a unified entity. 4. Getting off to a good start - The classroom should get off on a good start as the feeling the students have from the beginning will go along way to influence if the classroom lessons will not be boring to them. The ESA learning approaches need to be carried out appropriately to keep the motivation of the students. From understanding the students' desire and motivation kept intact, the teacher thus knows which material and teaching techniques required to continue with the classroom teaching. 5. Planning and conducting instructions- This follows immediately after getting off on a good start. Then the English level of the students would have been knowing, and the disparity in the class too would have been identified. Then its time for the teacher to plan and construct his or her instruction in the best possible way to achieve the objective of the teaching in the overall interest of the classroom. 6. Maintaining appropriate students' behavior_ The behavior of the students towards teaching in the classroom need to be maintained and enforced. This will keep the class to maintain its shape and motion. The teacher should be able to identify when the students are drifting out of the class objective, and thus know how best to carefully out them back on track without demotivating the student(s) in any form. Scolding is not a very advisable idea. 7. Communication skills for teaching- This is another area that needs to be carefully understood to achieve a great outcome. The communication method of the teaching is also important in keeping the class ton track. The class and standards of the students which is already known to the teacher would aid the teacher to understand which communication skill would be used to pass the teaching message. 8. Managing problem behaviors- It's very normal for problem behavior to occurs in the course of the teaching. It could be in any form on the part of the students and/or the teacher. The approach to handle the problem behaviors will decide the potential outcome of the teaching. 9. Managing special groups- Of course, the students will not be from the same group or home, there is a definite possibility of different groups in the classroom, Handling them with special skills is also important. Different groups require different approaches to make sure the students are not demotivated.
