As we all know, a good teacher can give a satisfied lesson by his wonderful teaching experience and amazing speaking skills .However, classroom management is also the skill of organizing the class. Some students are active all the time during your class, even they can run and jump without any stopping. It looks like they do not know what is tired. Even worse, their behavior can affect other children who are serious about their lessons. They are so active when you are in the class, please do not mention when the teachers are not around. We all know that it is really very hard for a teacher to speak to someone when he is always looking elsewhere but the class is going on .So good eye contact in the classroom is essential to control one fluent and good lesson .When the teacher looks students in the eyes, the student will realize he has been seen through when his own mind had wandered. At the beginning of this class, the teacher should explain the importance of rules in advance. And it should be known by their parents in order to get the support of them. You can imagine, even if the children end up being naughty, the parents won’t task sides because you set the stage well. During my class time, I always tell my students that they must put their eyes on me, I will say “eyes on Lena please” when someone is naughty because I do not want this class to be disturbed. If the naughty student still can’t put his eyes on me, I will call his name to keep him focused. Playing games is one way to improve classroom management, especially for children under 6 years old. Sometimes at the beginning of the class the children can concentrate, but after more than half an hour, they become distracted. So playing games designed around lesson plans is necessary. I have a class around six years old, we need to learn English on weekends, and it needs two and a half hours. When I find they can’t be focused on me, I will use some games to rekindle their interest in study and it works. Sometime it’s not because the children are naughty, that is they really don’t understand the lesson they learned. So you need to make sure you know all of the student’s names. Don’t just pick on the students whose names you know. As a teacher, you need to spend time on their names and try to keep them confident .Your lesson should be understood by everyone .Once they understand your will, classroom management becomes easy for you. Classroom management is not about suppressing students all the time, communication between students and teachers is also important .Students dare to speak their minds around better classes, teachers can also listen to their ideas at the same time. When I start my class, some students want to seat together, I respect them and allow them to seat nearby, they appreciate me and give me a satisfied result. Classroom management plays an important role in our daily teaching work. If I still have some difficulties in it , I will ask my senior colleagues to help me because they have been in the same situation before, and I believe they can give me useful advice at last . Only with a good managing classes can there be a good learning environment.
